Senior Data Analyst

At Bulgari Horlogerie SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data, Business Intelligence, and AI team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide business insights using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports for departments, including High Management, Marketing, Operations, and AFSS.
- Create dataflows and semantic models within Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable reporting metrics.
- Train and support internal teams in the effective use of Power BI and establish a Power BI users' community.
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to optimize ETL pipelines and data transformation processes within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Stay updated on data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve the data strategy.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in computer science, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, specifically focusing on Power BI.
- Expertise in data transformation processes within Power BI (Dataflows, Semantic Models, and access management).
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Engineering practices, particularly in ETL and pipeline management within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
