As we prepare for a significant market introduction, we seek a seasoned Marketing Leader with expertise in technology and a proven track record in scaling tech startups.

Position Overview: We are searching for a CMO with a successful background in startup environments and a deep understanding of technology and innovation markets. This leader will devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all aspects, including branding, digital marketing, and more. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, has a passion for technology innovation, ideally in the wellness and longevity domain, and possesses fluency in English, with French being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market penetration for Velia ring.
2. Brand Management: Define and cultivate Velia ring's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms.
3. Growth Hacking: Utilize both analytical and creative methods to rapidly test, analyze, and scale strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
4. Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, community management, and digital advertising.
5. Communications: Manage all internal and external communications, crafting messages that resonate with our target audiences and market needs.
6. Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement innovative strategies for product launches and market entries.
7. Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships to broaden brand exposure and drive business growth.
8. Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and customer satisfaction.
9. User Experience (UX/UI): Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure the product's interface is optimized for user needs and aligns with marketing objectives.
10. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a marketing team capable of executing the developed strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive track record as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within a technology-focused startup, with proven success in scaling businesses, ideally in the consumer (B2C) segment.
2. Proven experience working in a fast-growing team, under time and budget pressure. Start-up experience is highly advantageous.
3. Demonstrable expertise in crafting marketing strategies and comprehensive business plans.
4. Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
5. Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and build teams.
6. Proficient in balancing creative and analytical marketing approaches.
7. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; French proficiency is highly advantageous.
8. Education in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
