About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Controller to join our Finance department at Bulgari. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing industrial performance, improving cost efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure industrial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of production costs to identify sources of variations and propose recommendations for optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasting
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Monitor and manage stock obsolescence and provisions on a monthly basis
  • Develop relevant indicators and conduct cross-functional analyses (scorecard / KPI management)
  • Present findings to Senior Management and Manufacturing Managers following month-end and during planning sessions
  • Analyze and report on industrial investments, coordinate regular Capex reviews with operations teams, and collaborate closely with internal and external auditors
  • Assist in maintaining internal control documentation for annual testing procedures

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics or equivalent studies (HES, HEG, Brevet)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and knowledge of budget and reporting techniques
  • Good perception of factory physics & supply chain management
  • Excellent command of SAP and Office computing, especially Excel
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage
