Specialist Scheduling and Cell Logistics 100% - French / English / German (B2)

Description de la mission

  • Manage scheduling and monitor patient treatment schedules for cellular immunotherapy products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling with various stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain patient schedules in collaboration with treatment sites and logistics partners.
  • Monitor collection, transportation, and manufacturing activities.
  • Enter and maintain transactional data in the scheduling system.
  • Document feedback from customers and partners.
  • Lead meetings with clinical and commercial teams as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Profil attendu
    • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
    • French/English as a minimum, German or some other language is a plus
    • Newly graduate with som experience in customer service/logistics, at ease with communicating in different languages and handling challenges and priorities
