Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Entreprise anonyme.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to our team of Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers in monitoring client transactions and executing transfer orders
- Independently handle client queries and concerns
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to create KYC files and manage account openings and closings
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team
- Contribute to client projects and ensure compliance
- Support the development of strong customer relationships
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Economics, or Legal studies
- 1st work experience accepted
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Strong customer service ethic and IT literacy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
