Job Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. As a true hunter with significant direct sales experience, you'll be responsible for generating revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services. You'll also be accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services revenue
  • Commercial management of tenders, retenders, price negotiations across nominated accounts
  • Position and sale of solutions to address named Corporate Customers' Information Management needs
  • Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers
  • Ensure assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are reached
  • Drive the strategy for growth across nominated lists of target customers and prospects
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans; contribute to business strategy, development, and implementation

Requirements

  • Strong background and proven experience of new business hunting
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company
