Role OverviewThis role offers a hybrid work mode, allowing you to work from anywhere within Switzerland while collaborating with our growing consulting division, Dentsu Business Transformation (BX). As a Senior Consultant Business Transformation, you will be responsible for advising clients strategically on business transformations.
You will report to our VP of Business Consultancy Services and lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects. Your expertise will include developing business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational, and technology perspectives.
Key Responsibilities- Developing comprehensive business strategies for national and international clients
- Creating concrete recommendations for action based on analysis of relationships between business goals, content, customer data, technology, media, and processes
- Leading interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects
- 3+ years of experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, startup, or renowned consultancy
- Exceptional communication and argumentation skills, with a convincing and confident appearance at C-level with clients
- Excellent knowledge of strategy development, underpinned by practical application of consulting methods and models
- Strategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading and delivering national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects
- Fluent written and spoken English, with high proficiency in German
