About the Role

Genedata is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier biopharma clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the biopharma industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on our solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and challenges, particularly around digital transformation.
  • Utilize your expertise in mass spectrometry to engage in deeper conversations with clients and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B software and/or consulting sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, including processes, regulations, and challenges.
  • Experience in mass spectrometry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
