About the Role
Genedata is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier biopharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the biopharma industry.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on our solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and challenges, particularly around digital transformation.
- Utilize your expertise in mass spectrometry to engage in deeper conversations with clients and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B software and/or consulting sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, including processes, regulations, and challenges.
- Experience in mass spectrometry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
