Strengthening Our Sales Team

We are seeking a Sales Specialist in External Sales with a focus on Sleep and Respiratory Therapy for the Bern region.

Your Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Meet budget targets in a specific area (Bern and adjacent cantons)
  • Active participation in the development of sales strategies
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market to develop targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the regional Sales Manager
  • Building strong customer networks, particularly among decision-makers, medical professionals, nurses, and buyers
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders in your area
  • Increasing customer numbers and strengthening customer loyalty
  • Establishing ResMed as a leading company through the expansion and maintenance of networks between doctors, home care providers, and hospitals in your region
  • Initiating various activities such as training sessions, workshops, and panel discussions in your area
  • Participation in symposia, congresses, and conferences
  • Collaboration with product managers, the marketing team, and customer service

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • German as a native language with good English skills (French and Italian are an asset)
  • Medical education (e.g., intensive care nurse, respiratory therapist, or similar education)
  • Experience in the sales of medical products with a proven track record of success
  • A existing network in pneumology is an asset
