Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion EPM Platform Manager to join our team at 2223 GG Switzerland GmbH (corporate). This role is a key part of our Group IT organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Applications.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the Oracle Hyperion EPM platform, ensuring the health of the platform and the smooth execution of the month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes. The role involves tight collaboration with IT applications development and support teams to deliver quality solutions to business stakeholders from Group Finance, Group Controlling, Group Operations, and ESG teams.

The main activities include planning and analysis, legal support (liaising with vendors), Forecast/Budget, Business demand management, Project Planning, generation of reports, and presenting information to upper-level management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating effectively with business stakeholders to define strategy, architecture, integration, implementation plan, and support of HFM/FDMEE/ESSBASE applications to ensure meeting with the requirements of the business.
  • Translating technical system capabilities into desired finance solutions.
  • Managing, reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning open tasks to L2/L3 support IT teams (HFM and DBA).
  • Analyzing requests from business, delegating tasks to technical teams, and regularly monitoring projects' progress on technical level.
  • Working effectively with geographically and culturally diverse business and technical teams.
  • Responsible for managing projects and external IT vendors, ensuring that each project meets specified deadline, budget constraints, and documentation standards.
  • Committing to providing exceptional service and support to customers as well as team members.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and next-generation platforms; recommending solutions that drive innovation and deliver clear business value.
  • Ensuring that implementation of business requirements in all applications follows enterprise architecture guidelines and complies with security procedures.
  • Contributing to achievement of company's operational, budgetary, and financial goals.
  • Managing preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out functions of the platform. Preparing periodic reports for upper management, on a regular basis and as requested, to track goal accomplishment.
  • Actively participating in audits and Internal Controls activities.
  • Advising on definition of strategy, architecture, integration, development, and implementation/support of Hyperion EPM platform. Constantly monitoring and optimizing system for efficiency and effectiveness, including standard procedures, creating knowledge base, and ensuring that documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Good understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and prioritization skills.
  • Good time- and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Structured and data-driven personality, with analytical mindset and strong financial acumen.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and in complex environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
