Transformative Role in AI-Powered Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a critical role in driving the growth of our AI-powered platform, InsightLoop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resilience, and persistence in cold calling and outreach. You will also possess strong research skills to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations. If you're passionate about B2B sales, AI technologies, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you

  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving lead generation and qualification.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Cold call and conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess their needs.
  • Nurture leads with consistent and valuable communication to move them through the pipeline.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Document all interactions and updates in CRM to keep an accurate pipeline.
  • Research target companies and identify decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.
