Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Technical Product Manager to enhance our product offerings. As a product advocate and authority on our cybersecurity solutions, you will engage with clients to ensure they leverage the full potential of our platform to meet their business goals. You will partner with internal product and engineering teams to convert customer technical needs into implementable product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance: Support clients in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions.
- Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging threats, and technological advancements.
- Customer Insights: Recognize opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.
- Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features that align with customer requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Convert customer needs into precise product specifications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Contribute to the strategic vision of our cybersecurity products through market analysis and customer insights.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that product issues are identified and resolved, guaranteeing reliable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and enterprise software/hardware requirements.
- Proven project management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Project management certifications like CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFE.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity and Enterprise Security Compliance.
- Knowledge of Agile software release cycles and planning.
