About the Role

OPSWAT is a leading cybersecurity company providing innovative solutions for enterprises since 2002. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our catalog of cybersecurity products. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting issues, innovating ways to improve our products, and ensuring the smooth operation of various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide software application and technical support to clients for our product catalog.
  • Collaborate with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Document new processes and improve existing ones as needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams and supporting teams as necessary.
  • Provide SME Tier 2-3 support on OPSWAT catalog as it exists in client environments.
  • Occasionally provide presales and professional service/technical support as needed.
  • Maintain case data in Salesforce and Jira.
  • Report bugs and flaws to the development team as discovered/encountered.
  • Provide an overall SME approach to Cybersecurity Critical Infrastructure across all lanes.
  • Be willing to teach knowledge to the team and learn from others.
  • Possibility of travel.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in overall troubleshooting of application and environment support, including complex client environments.
  • Full understanding of networking and systems, including OSI model, Purdue Model, RADIUS, Active Directory, Office 365, authentication protocols.
  • Experience imaging, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, load balancers, servers, desktops, and SAN/NAS. OT experience is a plus.
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for Linux.
  • Ability to multitask and react well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for MacOS, Windows Server, Virtualization, Databases, Email Systems, Cloud, and Encryption methods.
  • Experience with business or homegrown application support, including utilizing and understanding APIs.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and software.
