Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Zuchwil, Switzerland. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive innovation and improve patient care.

About the Role

  • Lead/executing projects aligned with standard project management guidelines
  • Drive issues and supply chain projects impacting patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value
  • Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to instill a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team
  • E nsure projects are performed in compliance with the Quality System and drive efforts to improve a culture of quality and compliance
  • Develop strong business partner relationships to ensure excellence in project execution
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, resource management, capital/expense management, communication planning, risk management, and balancing multiple activities to accomplish goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in project management
  • Project management methodology certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively persuade and work across functions and with external business partners
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and organizational change techniques
  • Minimum language required: English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Ability to comply with J&J Flex Work model (minimum 3 days on-site per week in Zuchwil, CH office) (mandatory)
  • This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Manufacturing experience
  • Work experience within the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with such functions as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Quality
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes for new or existing products/process and/or new technologies
  • Knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies; certification is a plus

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €85,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
