Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead projects in our Supply Chain team. This role requires strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, resource management, and risk management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience and a proven track record of delivering projects in line with established milestone dates. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across functions and with external business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead/Execute projects in line with standard project management guidelines
  • Instill and maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure that projects are performed in compliance with the Quality System and drive efforts to improve a culture of quality and compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Science, or a related Field required
  • Project management methodology certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comply with J&J Flex Work model (minimum 3 days on-site per week in Zuchwil, CH office)
  • This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
