**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Hosco. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their experience on board is nothing short of outstanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in the dining room, bar, lounge, and outdoor areas, ensuring their complete satisfaction and adherence to our high standards and procedures.
  • Utilize our service ordering system (WOS) correctly and efficiently.
  • Execute all food and beverage activities, including functions and special events, to the highest standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, bar, kitchen, lounge, and outdoor areas to HACCP standards.
  • Participate in on-board training programs and present daily menu offerings.
  • Manage inventory and establish reordering levels, assisting other departments as needed.

**Requirements**
  • High school diploma minimum; hospitality diploma an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury cruise line hospitality or hotel bar service.
  • Excellent English language skills with exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Impeccable grooming and hygiene standards; prolonged standing and walking.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverages an asset.
  • Service-oriented personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Flexible, stress-resistant, and team-oriented.
