then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as **Sales Associate** within our Montblanc Boutique in Basel.
**You will be successful in this position if you are**:
- Able to create and build long-term relationships with your clients by offering them exemplary service and client experience.
- Interested in knowing everything about our products and engaging customers with the collections best suited for them
- Results driven and able to achieve sales targets, monitor individual/collective sales goals and identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients and increase sales
- An Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique as well as at external events
- Contributing to the smooth running of the Boutique operations (Boutique maintenance, inventory, goods transfers, security procedures )
**Your precious skills we are looking for**:
- A proven track record of establishing and growing strong Client relationships
- Retail or hospitality background, watchmaking knowledge is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Confidence in handling high-value transactions
- Client & Service orientation
- Team spirit, “go-getter”, “hands-on” and positive mindset
- Thinking out of the box.
- Fluent in German, English and another language is an asset
