Oracle Ecosystem Development Manager

Oracle is undergoing a remarkable transformation in its ISV license business, experiencing double-digit growth year over year. We are seeking driven sales professionals to join our team and contribute to this growth engine.

The ISV Ecosystem plays a crucial role as a key catalyst and accelerator for Oracle's expansion. To fuel this growth, we are investing in a dedicated ISV Technology Salesforce focused on targeting and growing the ISV Enterprise Market.

As an ISV Ecosystem Technology Sales Representative, you will have full accountability for a strategically assigned territory of prominent ISVs, leading both Sell-to and Sell-through Go-to-Market models, including Hosting.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a prime assigned territory comprising a diverse range of ISVs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with select ISVs, aligning their applications with Oracle technology and On-Prem License strategies.
  • Develop trusting relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Create, drive, and own account plans for targeted ISVs in collaboration with field and other teams.
  • Establish operational escalation procedures to swiftly identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Oracle LOBs and function units to understand industry trends, positioning certified ISV solutions.
  • Sell and execute the sale of Oracle On-Prem License products to ISVs, negotiating price, concessions, and terms.
  • Participate in pipeline tracking and forecasting to meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technical pitches and differentiators of Oracle Technology products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated track record in developing and managing global partnerships and driving Partner account On-Prem License sales activity.
  • Strong analytical, On-Prem License sales, and marketing skills.
  • Relevant experience working at a high level of consultative sales within a matrix reporting structure, preferably in an embedded software business environment.
  • Clear understanding of the business and software opportunities presented by technology for major multinational enterprises.
  • Must have carried a direct sales quota and demonstrated on-target or better achievement.
  • Strong sales engagement experience in major opportunities.
  • Well-established business and general management disciplines.
  • Effective negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in pipeline tracking and forecasting to meet sales targets.
