Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Core Lab Reagents Lifecycle Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the strategic business proposal for commercially available research use only (RUO) assays for the core lab portfolio. You will craft clear strategies, tactics, and content to ensure a strategic fit for the RUO portfolio with ongoing IVD and lifecycle initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a clear and actionable strategic business proposal for RUO assays.
  2. Craft clear strategy, tactics, and content to ensure a strategic fit for the RUO portfolio.
  3. Define a milestone-like process to manage RUO portfolio requests and promotion guardrails.
  4. Market research: Gather and report on global demand and strategic need for research use only assays.
  5. Establish and maintain a clear forecast from all regions for RUO assays.
  6. Create and deliver training for affiliates on the RUO definition, strategy, and messaging.
