Orthopaedics Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Orthopaedics division in Zuchwil or Zug, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering clinical excellence through the development and implementation of multi-year product and service strategies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical devices sales and marketing, with a strong background in the Spine and Enabling Technology industry. You will provide clinical and commercial support to our sales team and customers, conduct market analysis and product segment performance analysis, and identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-year product and service strategies
- Provide clinical and commercial support to sales team and customers
- Conduct market analysis and product segment performance analysis
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in medical devices
- Prior experience in Spine and Enabling Technology industry preferred
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in matrix environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
