Job Description

The role of Head of Trading Sales & Distribution at Taurus SA requires a highly skilled and ambitious professional to promote and sell our regulated digital asset trading services, specifically TDX. This fast-paced position involves building relationships with new clients, generating trading volume, and ensuring rapid client onboarding.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of new clients and prospect for opportunities to onboard them onto our platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales process, from engaging with prospects to closing deals and maintaining existing client relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales within the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
  • A solid book of clients and experience building a strong pipeline.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets.
  • Good understanding of finance and capital markets.
  • Dynamic and proactive entrepreneur with excellent communication skills.
