Welcome to The Client Solutions team in Switzerland, where we establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct client's and agency's challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services. This role will be based in Zurich.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios of brands in the Swiss market, spanning multiple industries.
  2. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings, maximizing client revenue and increasing ROI and efficiency.
  3. Lead and grow local & global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  5. Play a key role in shaping TikTok's external narrative in the Swiss market.
  6. Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization.
  7. Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights, and 3rd-party data.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes, and client relationships.
  9. Serve as a product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and growing existing business partnerships.

Key Qualifications

  1. Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech.
  2. Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passion for social media.
  3. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  4. Previous experience working across multiple markets preferred.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Proven work experience in the advertising industry, strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
  2. Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French) useful for liaising with clients.
  3. Innovative spirit: self-starter and fast learner with a startup mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  4. Experience working with clients in the Swiss marketplace.
  5. Background/experience in performance campaigns.
  6. Proven success in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
  7. App monetization experience a significant plus.
  8. Adaptability: demonstrated potential to perform well in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
