Dedicated Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage operations with efficiency, quality, and high guest-service standards.
  • Create a welcoming service culture to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Supervise 2 to 4 Assistant Waiters and/or Café attendants, manage room service orders and dispatch, and conduct stock takes and inventory.
  • Learn and use food and wine terminology, become familiar with menu descriptions and wine lists, and discuss items with guests.
  • Have full knowledge of F&B options, ships' activities, and safety procedures.
  • Relay orders to the Galley, serve courses, and beverages safely following company policies.
  • Minimize equipment loss/damage and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Participate in embarkation duties, store luggage, and assist guests.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to Public Health Policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waiter or similar position in a premium hospitality environment.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work independently, with flexibility, stress resistance, and a strong work ethic.
  • Guest-focused, service-oriented, and professional appearance, with knowledge of Public Health Policies.
