Senior Construction Manager for Data Center Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our Data Center projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large and complex building construction projects. Experience in the Data Center sector is preferred.
You will work closely with our project manager to coordinate schedules, procurement activities, and manage fire safety and operational permits. Your entrepreneurial mindset, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking will set you apart.
A balanced combination of assertiveness and empathy, decisiveness and team spirit, and ability to work independently and meticulously is essential for this role.
As a representative of Turner & Townsend, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of client needs, including design, specifications, and directives. You will consistently monitor the processes of building completion, commissioning, and handover.
In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
