Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects in the energy transmission sector, overseeing overhead line construction from procurement to commissioning
  • Develop and implement project plans, designs, and resource allocation for overhead line projects across various voltage levels
  • Coordinate with technical and land rights teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Prepare preliminary designs, planning applications, and tender documents for project execution and material supply
  • Respond to client tenders and engage in negotiations with clients, authorities, partners, landowners, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, control quality, adhere to deadlines, and manage costs effectively
Requirements
  • Degree in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering
  • Proven experience as a project manager in overhead line construction for power transmission and distribution
  • Strong leadership and business acumen, with the ability to manage project teams and set clear objectives and tasks
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and strong relationships with partners in the line construction sector
  • Excellent initiative, organization, and communication skills
  • German native level or at least C1
