About the Role

We are seeking an Institutional Business Support Executive to collaborate with our Institutional Business Support Manager at our Headquarters in Gland. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Institutional Sales team from all sister companies and our Zurich entity with onboarding of new clients.
  • Daily monitoring of transactions of international Financial Institutions that work with Swissquote.
  • Performing at the request of our Sales contact with prospects, initiating onboarding and continuous follow-up until submission of the application to our internal BRM team.
  • Providing full support to all our sister companies to ensure a high service level and meet the team targets.
  • Conducting periodic customer due diligence reviews.
  • Coordinating with other departments (Legal, BO, Payments, Risk) all operational day-to-day questions.
  • Assisting our Sales people from over the world (ZH, CY, UK, SG, HK) to prepare Expos and Conferences, follow-up after the event with leads.
  • Other administration/sales tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Fluency in French and English, with working proficiency in German a plus.
  • Previous experience in Institutional support and/or relationship management, in a financial services context, is mandatory.
  • Rigorous, great sense of priorities, and excellent organizational skills.
  • A talent for efficiency and strong communication skills.
  • An open-minded, team-oriented spirit and the ability to work under pressure.
