Commercial Leader for Zürich Region

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Leader for Decathlon Zürich, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive business growth in the Zürich region. This will involve working closely with the regional director to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Main Objectives:

* Build and develop a strong store experience for customers in Zürich to accelerate conversion rates and drive sales growth.
* Develop, duplicate, and adapt the global Decathlon strategy and solutions to engage customers in the Zürich region.
* Increase the efficiency of supply planning and logistics to reduce shortages and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in a key commercial role, such as store leader or CRM director.
* Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and improving customer experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Working Style:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sport and customer experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. You will also need to be able to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English and German is required, with French being an asset. You will also need to be willing to learn German if not fluent.

Relocation:

Decathlon is a global company with a presence in multiple countries. As a Commercial Leader, you will be based in the Zürich region, with occasional travel to other locations as required. You will need to be willing to relocate to the Zürich region and be flexible with your work schedule to meet the needs of the business.
