Challenging Opportunity

As a Commercial and CRM Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Zürich region for Decathlon. With a strong focus on store experience, customer engagement, and digital transformation, this role offers a unique blend of commercial and operational challenges.

Main Responsibilities

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and executing a store experience strategy to drive conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team to deliver business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the supply team to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce stock shortages.
  • Developing and implementing a digital strategy to enhance the customer experience and drive omnichannel sales.
  • Leading the development and implementation of a local communication and marketing plan to engage with Zürich customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local sport clubs and companies to drive B2B business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commercial and operational background, with at least 3 years of experience in a key position.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with ability to learn French.
  • Passion for sport and customer-centric approach.
