">The Role
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join our Technology & Operations team. As a key member of our Strategy & Transformation Office, you will lead and execute complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost-effectiveness to support our long-term goals.
">Your Responsibilities
- ">
- Develop and drive the strategic agenda for the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.">
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including the formulation of strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.">
- Shape the target operating model (including organizational structure and processes) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.">
- Implement and manage cost control measures and strategies to maximize value and return on investment.">
- Evaluate and integrate emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.">
- Act as a change agent, promoting and guiding the adoption of new methods and practices across T&O teams.">
- Continuously challenge and refine existing processes and ways of working to drive improvement and innovation.">
- Contribute to shaping the future direction and service offerings of the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.">
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with a university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in wealth management.
