Job Description

As a Strategy Manager, you will lead complex strategic initiatives, influencing organizational design and cost-effectiveness to drive long-term success. You will develop and execute the strategic agenda for the Technology & Operations organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the strategic agenda for the T&O organization
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to formulate strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Shape the target operating model to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging trends and technologies
  • Act as a change agent, promoting new methods and practices across T&O teams
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, preferably in wealth management
  • Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, and cost management
  • Strong analytical and structured approach, with excellent communication skills
