Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated geographical area and promote the entire product range effectively to key clients.
  • Engage in lobbying and explore business opportunities to expand the market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and present compelling offers to potential clients, visiting them to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Handle order acceptance and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment and meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct monthly forecasts to facilitate better planning for upcoming months and drive business growth.
  • Develop corrective action plans to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Work on the development of revenue and margins for designated key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create action plans to ensure the loyalty of key customers through targeted efforts and build strong relationships.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere and driving business results.
  • Lead by example in managing your business and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' technical sales experience, with a strong understanding of the electrical solutions market.
  • Familiarity with the UPS market, which would be a significant advantage in this role.
  • Solid technical and commercial knowledge, ensuring you can navigate both aspects of the sales process effectively.
  • Persuasive demeanor and the ability to win people over with your charisma and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with organizational talent, able to manage your responsibilities independently and drive business results.
  • Analytical mind, driving force behind initiatives, and highly goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, acting in a performance-oriented and customer-focused manner.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Ready and willing to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and support sales activities.
