About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team at SEBA Bank, a leading digital finance provider. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Identify and cultivate client portfolio opportunities, manage client onboarding processes, and ensure strict compliance with legal and internal regulations.
  • Business Development: Lead client outreach efforts, emphasizing product sales and upselling to target audiences, and plan and coordinate marketing materials, sales activities, and events.
  • Client Service: Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and website from prospects and clients, and collaborate with other departments to enhance client experiences and relationship sustainability.
  • Account Management: Maximize existing accounts through proactive and creative initiatives, and continuously educate yourself on finance, Blockchain technology, and digital assets.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a business or finance degree from a university, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong positive attitude, drive for process enhancement, and a hands-on approach, with a reliable and detail-oriented work ethic.
