Job Description

De Luca, a subsidiary of Colas Suisse, is a key player in the construction industry in the regions of Biel-Seeland-Berner Jura-Solothurn and the Romandie. With around 140 employees, the De Luca Group offers a wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations and Ensuring Project Quality:
    • Monitoring QHSE procedures
    • Approving quality plans
    • Compliance with contracts and stakeholder requirements
    • Ensuring that equipment, systems, and components can be constructed without unnecessary delays
  • Suggesting Project Organization:
    • Creating organizational charts
    • Defining key positions
    • Suggesting and/or forming a team in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Analyzing Local Regulations
  • Managing Contracts and Preparing Legal Steps:
    • Participating in working meetings
    • Validating working stages
    • Coordinating the creation of claims, etc.
  • Ensuring Financial Management and Project Cost Scope through Commitment to Quantifiable Goals by creating invoices, conducting financial reporting, organizing management controls, and monitoring contract changes, etc.
  • Leading the Executive Committee by communicating key information, etc.
  • Planning and Managing Project Steps by coordinating all parties:
    • Leading figure
  • Managing the Company as a Representative and Customer Relationships
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
