Store Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Development Project Leader to join our team at Swatch AG.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement retail design concepts for Swatch POSs within our corporate identity.
- Manage all aspects of the store design process from design inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Swatch design guidelines.
- Work independently to monitor projects within the given timeline and quality standards.
- Manage effective budgets for all stores and control project costs and capital expenditure until project close-out.
- Collaborate closely with external parties, including contractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers, as well as internal departments like Finance, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and Logistics.
- Supervise external architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with direct managers and escalate challenges in a timely fashion.
- Ensure project documents are complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
- University degree in Architecture/Interior Design and a minimum of 5 years of retail experience or in related fields or in Project Management.
- Computer skills: Knowledge of CAD (preferably AutoCAD).
- Abilities in working with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Package.
Professional Requirements:
You are creative, detail-oriented, and have strong knowledge in construction details and building process. You also have strong awareness of financial aspects of architectural projects and capacity to analyze and evaluate costs/offers/budgets.
In addition, you are a multi-tasker with effective communication skills.
Languages:
You are fluent in English, French, and/or German, any additional language is a plus.
