Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every aspect of food preparation.
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie to develop menus, plan meals, and maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and organization.
  • Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas, ensuring that our culinary offerings remain innovative and exciting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation, flavor, and consistency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, as we cater to a diverse international clientele.
