We are seeking a talented Risk Manager to join our team at Intercona Re & Group Risk Services (GRS).

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will support the Head of Risk Management in identifying, monitoring, reporting, and mitigating risks associated with Intercona Re and Nestlé's global insurance activities (operated by GRS).
  • The individual will prepare key risk decisions for the Board of Intercona Re, the Investment and Risk Committee (IRC), and the Head of Treasury/Pensions/Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Risk Management in defining policies and guidelines for Intercona Re and Group Risk Services.
  • Performing risk evaluations for Counterparty, Liquidity, Portfolios, Fx, and Solvency risks to determine impact on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow for Intercona Re.

Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in economics, finance, or mathematics.
  • Postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master's in Finance with a focus on Risk, and certifications in risk management or compliance (e.g., FRM, FMO, CFE, CFA) are considered a competitive advantage.
  • Confirmed experience in Financial Risk Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient IT skills with interest in AI.
  • Fluency in English and a good level of French.
