Nestlé SA seeks a talented Risk Manager to join our team at Intercona Re & Group Risk Services (GRS) and contribute to our risk management strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Risk Management to:

  • Identify, monitor, report, and mitigate risks associated with Intercona Re and Nestlé's global insurance activities.
  • Develop policies and guidelines for Intercona Re and Group Risk Services.
  • Evaluate and assess various types of risks, including Counterparty, Liquidity, Portfolios, FX, and Solvency risks.
  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning exercises with the Risk Team.
  • Determine acceptable risk levels for the Board and Management of Intercona Re through the Annual Risk Assessment and ORSA.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • A university degree or equivalent in economics, finance, or mathematics.
  • Postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master's in Finance with a focus on Risk, and certifications in risk management or compliance (e.g., FRM, FMO, CFE, CFA), are considered a competitive advantage.
  • Confirmed experience in Financial Risk Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient IT skills with an interest in AI.
  • Fluency in English and a good level of French.
