We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the diligent management of our programs, including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring, and risk reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily tasks within the program, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Monitor program processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Train program stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Evaluate and issue change requests, reviewing them with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure agreements, including statements of work, change requests, authorization matrices, and function and notification matrices, are implemented and monitored.
- Update program-relevant manuals and procedures regularly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Timely report and escalate risks, exceptions, incidents, and opportunities to superiors, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Conduct user acceptance testing of new features to be released to production, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
- Participate in potential projects, contributing expertise and insights to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations roles within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry.
- Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial.
- High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements.
