We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional for a freelance/temporary employment opportunity in Geneva.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and process sick leave requests from employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding sick leave policies, procedures, and inquiries.
  3. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR staff regarding sick leave matters.
  4. Manage cost centers associated with long-term absences due to sickness or disability.
  5. Collaborate with finance, workforce planning team, and management to accurately allocate costs and maintain budgetary control.
  6. Reconcile Payments and Insurance Reimbursements, working closely with finance and insurance providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the reconciliation process.
  8. Establish a schedule for regular reviews and monitoring of the reconciliation process.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional who can handle multiple tasks and recognize priorities. Your responsibilities will include handling employee absence coordination, communication, and cost center management.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience in administration and coordination of employee absence, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and cost modeling.
  • Proven ability to work confidentially with high levels of integrity, accountability, commitment, diplomacy, discretion, and empathy.
  • Strong service orientation, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be solution-oriented and plan, organize, and coordinate services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
