Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing proposals that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose competitive, profitable, and creative solutions to customers.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of costs and pricing calculations in proposals.
  • Verify the quality, accuracy, and applicability of contracts, offers, and GTAs in proposals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on proposal negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of contract information to executing departments after contract signature.
  • BUILD relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop improvements based on post-bid lessons learned and post-service close-loop analysis.
  • Maintain a continuous level of product knowledge.
  • Provide proactive improvement ideas on internal tools and processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Engine MRO know-how required.
  • 3 years of working experience in a commercial position, preferably in the aerospace industry or equivalent environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work.
  • Open-minded, dedicated team player.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Language: English (C1), with any other language being an added value.
