Product Quality Assurance Manager Structure/Subsystems

As a Product Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of product development and quality assurance for cutting-edge satellite projects. You will work on groundbreaking projects and collaborate with esteemed clients to ensure our products consistently achieve the highest standards of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product assurance policies and procedures within the company and ensure compliance with applicable space industry standards, customer specifications, and general regulations.
- Act as main interface for Customer for all quality and safety topics.
- Supervise and direct Product Development and Qualification for all relevant quality aspects.
- Lead NC and failure investigation whenever product requirements are violated.
- Preparation of Product Assurance documentation in accordance with Project Milestones.
- Participation in the Continuous Improvement process of the Quality department.
Your Story:
To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or comparable qualification. You should have knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL. You should also have the ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their function. You should have excellent writing and reporting skills, as well as excellent communication skills and ease at working across different cultures and different levels of an organization.
