Technical Project Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Quality Assurance Specialist to support our project-related quality assurance team in Zurich, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor internal and external requirements such as customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines related to the quality assurance of projects.
  • Ensure effective contract implementation and periodic review in the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality quality assurance documentation.
  • Coordinate customer-related non-conformity notifications and facilitate prompt corrective actions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer QA inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain process and training documents to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage customer approvals with precision and timeliness.
  • Lead project teams and actively participate in product and process audits to drive excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in the military vehicles industry.
  • Internal and external auditor training is highly desirable.
  • An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with basic knowledge of German being a plus.
  • A high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and commitment to achieving project goals.
  • Strong assertiveness, effective communication, and moderation skills.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and travel when necessary.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The position also comes with flexible working hours, home office options, comprehensive social benefits, and opportunities for further training and development.
