About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at what. AG, a leading consultancy that executes and supports clients in their web presence, digital product creation, and growth.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for enriching our team with your skills and experience, combining business, technology, and design to create well-rounded experiences.

You will support multiple clients in bringing ideas to market and moving them towards product/market fit, helping them turn problem definitions into validatable ideas through design sprints and defining scope through scope workshops.

You will be the sparring partner to our designers in crafting user experiences and the guide for our developers to turn designs into working products, while being the main contact to our customers to ensure their topic expertise is ingrained in the product and they are happy.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of creating working product concepts
  • Experience in an Agency or a Startup
  • Programming or design experience (or both) that helps in understanding what's possible
  • Keen eye for what makes good design
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German
