Product Owner und Application Manager PDMS

Wir suchen einen engagierten Fachmann, der als Product Owner und Application Manager für unser neues Patientendatenmanagementsystem (PDMS) verantwortlich sein wird. In dieser Position bist Du für die Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Systems sowie für dessen reibungslosen Betrieb als Application Manager zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Identifikation und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Interessensvertretern und Netzwerken
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Vertretern des Lieferanten und anderen Teams der Hirslanden, um Anforderungen zu spezifizieren und Lösungsansätze zu finden
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Nutzerfreundlichkeit des Systems durch regelmässige Tests und Feedback-Schleifen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Schnittstellen zu relevanten Systemen und Datenbanken
  • Mitarbeit in PDMS-Rolloutprojekten
  • Überwachung des Systembetriebs sowie Identifikation und Behebung von technischen Problemen (im Second Level) als Application Manager
  • Bearbeitung von Service Requests sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Change Requests
  • Anwendersupport im 2nd Level und Koordination des 3rd Level Supports der Lieferanten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Requirements Engineer oder Product Owner
  • Gutes Verständnis von technischen Abläufen und Schnittstellen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Initiative, Eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder mit medizinischen Softwarelösungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
