About Rivero

Rivero is a fintech scale-up that has been growing steadily since its founding in 2019. Our mission is to enable banks and financial institutions to automate complex processes efficiently, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through streamlined digital interfaces.

We have reached break-even in 2023 and recently closed a Series A funding round, which has enabled us to accelerate our growth. We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager/Owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to advance our product and improve our offering.
Requirements
  • You are a self-aware, proactive individual who takes initiative and drives our products forward.
  • You advocate for the customer, leveraging insights to guide product enhancements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • You are a collaborative leader who fosters teamwork, inspires cross-functional collaboration, and motivates teams towards shared product goals.
  • Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and features, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • You have an analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to make product decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize the product.
  • You should be adaptable and open to adjusting plans and priorities based on new information or shifts in business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator with proficiency in English.
  • Start-up / Scale-up experience.
  • Experience as a product owner with SaaS.
  • A plus is payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes can be advantageous.
