With a strong track record of growth, we have successfully reached break-even in 2023 and have recently secured a significant funding round to accelerate our expansion. We are now seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team and contribute to our exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
  • Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Regularly engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to advance our product and improve our offering.
Requirements
  • You are a self-aware, proactive individual who takes initiative and drives our products forward.
  • You are a collaborative leader who fosters teamwork, inspires cross-functional collaboration, and motivates teams towards shared product goals.
  • Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and features, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • You have an analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to make product decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize the product.
  • You should be adaptable and open to adjusting plans and priorities based on new information or shifts in business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator with proficiency in English.
  • Start-up / Scale-up experience.
  • Experience as a product owner with SaaS.
  • A plus is payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes can be advantageous.
