About the Responsibilities

  • Implementation Support and Management: You will provide implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.
  • Programme and Project Management: You will be responsible for programme and project management in national and international environments.
  • HR Strategy and Target Operating Models: You will conceive HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.
  • Organizational and Process Changes: You will support and implement organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization.
  • Training and Development: You will plan and manage training measures.
  • Process Linking: You will efficiently link processes between business, strategy, and IT.

About You

  • Academic Excellence: You have an outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned university or university of applied sciences in the field of economics, social sciences, or information technology.
  • Industry Knowledge: You have several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: insurance, consumer goods & retail, manufacturing, and life science. You have comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
  • Consulting Experience: You have practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
  • Conceptual Talent: You have rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work. You have a structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. You are committed and self-responsible to deadlines. You are eager to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). You have strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Digital Affinity: You have very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural Fit: You have high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in Terms of Location: You will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.
