About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value through strong relationships with business, IT, and external parties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain digital roadmaps that reflect the business vision, strategy, and priorities.
  • Translate digital roadmaps into manageable and prioritized initiatives.
  • Employ analytical reasoning and systems thinking to connect the dots within business problems, processes, and initiatives.
  • Manage the delivery of enhancements and initiatives, from shaping demand to successfully leading them through implementation and closure.
  • Deliver optimized and improved business processes enabled by technology.
  • Market existing solutions to maximize IT assets deployed in enabling business processes.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts and their delivery of initiatives.
  • Standardize the approach to business analysis, build up competencies in the team, and in its delivery of work products.

About You

We are looking for a collaborative individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work across teams. You should have a strong leadership style, be able to engage with senior management, and have a strategic mindset.

Your Profile

  • Collaborative with a positive attitude and enjoy working across teams.
  • Strong leader who is able to engage with senior management as well as going into details with the team.
  • Strategic mindset and curious about technology trends and innovation.
  • Experience in working in and/or setting up Digital Product Management and/or Process Management teams.
  • Track record in working in several enterprise projects especially ones that involve systems such as SAP.
  • Wore different hats in prior roles such as Project Manager, IT Business Analyst.
  • Customer focused and outcome driven.
  • Relevant industry experience that helps you relate to our business quickly.
