HR Project Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR-IT Projektmanager, der unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung und Optimierung von HR-Dienstleistungen und HR-IT-Systemen unterstützt.
Die Aufgaben des Projektmanagers umfassen die Ausarbeitung und Analyse von Konzeptentwürfen, die Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Implementierung neuer lokaler oder konzernweiter HR-Prozesse und HR-IT-Systeme, die Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-IT-Tools und die Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business, IT-Experten und externen Partnern.
Der Projektmanager ist für die Gesamt- bzw. Teilprojektleitung bei der Implementierung neuer lokaler oder konzernweiter HR-Prozesse und HR-IT-Systeme verantwortlich und wirkt aktiv bei der Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Präsentationen mit. Er stellt eine angemessene und impulsgebende Kommunikation gegenüber allen relevanten Stakeholdern sicher.
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen HR-IT-Experten mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Fächern mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources. Der Kandidat sollte bereits Berufserfahrung in einem generalistischen HR-Umfeld haben und erste Erfahrung im HR-IT-Bereich, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld, besitzen. Hohe Eigenmotivation, analytisches Denkvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind unerlässlich. Die Fähigkeit, erste Erfahrung in der Führung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten, idealerweise HR-Projekten, zu sammeln, ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen sind erforderlich. Erfahrung im SAP HCM-Umfeld ist von Vorteil. Die Fähigkeit, fliessend Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zu sprechen, ist unerlässlich.
