Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and bank transactions
  • Match invoices with payments and perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support with payments runs and contribute to annual and half-year closing processes
  • Liaise with operations teams to resolve queries and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • Accounting degree or proven accounting background
  • Knowledge of Swiss accounting and bookkeeping procedures and rules
  • Excellent technical, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • English language proficiency (B2)
